Rocky Hill is a borough in Somerset County, New Jersey, United States, named for the Rocky Hill Ridge. According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough had a total area of 0.622 square miles (1.612 km2), including 0.619 square miles (1.604 km2) of land and 0.003 square miles (0.008 km2) of water (0.52%).[1][2]
